DigitalEuan Productions Terms & Conditions:

1. All web design work requires a minimum 50% deposit before any work commences.
2. Total amount of invoice is required to be settled 14 days from date of invoice.
3. Invoices with an outstanding amount will incur a monthly 10% late fee after 14 days from date of invoice.
4. Items will not be supplied until invoices are settled in full.
5. Web work will be removed after 15 days of non-payment and will incur an additional 10% re-upload fee.
6. Monthly invoice accounts are available by prior arrangement only.
7. All web design and creation work excludes Domain Names, Hosting Plans and any additional service costs unless otherwise stated in quotes.
8. Ammendments to terms and conditions
   We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on this web site. Your continued use of the web site following such notification will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended.
9. The Client agrees that the Designer may use the Work and the Client’s name and identity as part of its portfolio of works for the purposes of promoting and advertising the Designer’s business.
10. Failure by the Designer to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any of the rights or obligations the Designer has under this Agreement.

DigitalEuan Productions Code of Conduct:

1. To treat all customers with respect and courtesy at all times.
2. To resect customer privacy at all times.
3. To always use fair business practices when dealing with competitors.
4. Perform the Work with reasonable skill, care and diligence in a professional manner.
5. Endeavour to ensure the Work is performed in accordance with the time frames agreed with the Client.
